Trine Hahnemann is traveling the world to inspirer politicians to think global and act local with the team of food.

She is cooking lunches to private and public companies in the Copenhagen area and serves over 3.000 plates a day. She is in the front row for using ecological and locally groceries, but still see the importance to use international ingredients as well.

Her philosophy is to serve tasty fresh food – 80/20, which means 80% from vegetables and grains, 20% from animals. She wants to show us how easy it is to eat less meat.
