DOUGALD HINE | civilisation, systems
Dougald Hine is a writer. He is also the founder of a series of projects and organisations that have captured people’s imagination, from the civic ideas agency Space Makers to the Dark Mountain Project, which challenges us to examine the deep cultural roots of today’s social, economic and ecological crises.
So far in 2012, he has been named as one of Britain’s 50 New Radicals, co-edited the first New Public Thinking book, ‘Despatches from the Invisible Revolution’, and moved to Stockholm.
He is currently working on a book about Collapsonomics: “the search for what still works when structures and systems we grew up taking for granted fall apart”.
